RESERVATIONS

 

HOW TO BOOK

 

To make a reservation simply either call 1-800-872-6240 or email osagal@aol.com to check availability and request a copy of our booking form.


METHODS OF PAYMENT

We accept traveler's cheques, wire transfers, Visa and MasterCard and personal checks 30 days prior to arrival.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Unless otherwise quoted, a minimum deposit of $400 or a one night room deposit (whichever is greater) is required to hold your reservation.  This deposit is applied to either the first or last night of your confirmed booking.  Payment of your remaining balance is then due in full when you arrive and check-in at the ranch.

If you cancel at least 90 days in advance of your due date of arrival, a cancellation handling fee equal to 50% of your deposit will be incurred.  If you cancel within 90 days of your due date of arrival your entire deposit will be forfeited.

No credit will be issued for late arrivals or early departures.

Deposits are non transferable.

In paying your deposit and making a reservation, you agree to having read, acknowledge and accept the above terms and conditions.

Holiday deposits are quoted on a room by room basis and are based on the number of people in your party and the number of rooms booked. Holiday deposits are non refundable.  If you cancel a holiday booking your entire deposit will be forfeited if the reservation is canceled at any time. 

 

Payment is required in full 60 days prior to your date of arrival for all holiday bookings.  Unless you advise otherwise, we will charge this payment to your credit card.  Holiday booking payments are non refundable in the entirety.

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS

 

We have minimum stay requirements which vary by season and holidays, please call us on 1-800-872-6240 for further information.


TRAVEL INSURANCE

 

We recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover you for the loss of any deposit etc in the case of cancellation.


CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES

 

Check-in is between 3.00 pm and 6.00 pm.  If you arrive early, lunch is available at an additional charge.

 

Check-out is 11.00 am.  If you arrange for a late check-out, lunch is available at an additional charge.
