FOOD AND WINE
Southwestern cuisine, encompassing a blend of Spanish, Mexican, Native American and Southwestern United States ingredients, is served either in our romantic and historic hacienda dining room, secluded outdoor courtyard or under the stars at a cookout. Special dietary requirements such as vegetarian or low fat dishes can also be served, subject to sufficient advance notice.
Each evening around 6.00 pm guests meet in the cantina for a pre dinner drink where a wide selection of wine, beer, spirits and soft drinks is available to purchase. In addition, we will be happy to make drinks for guests outside of the normal cantina opening hours and these drinks may be taken to the rooms if so desired.
Please note that Arizona Liquor Law, Title 4-243.01 prohibits guests from bringing alcoholic beverages onto licensed premises. Therefore, guests should not bring their own alcohol to the ranch. |
